**HOW DO I MAKE A SET OF PILLOW PALS?**
Print out the pattern piece and transfer all pattern markings
to your fleece or felt fabric.
Stitch around the perimeter of the bear with a dark colored thread.
Embroider the designs with your 4x4 hoop in your pre-marked spots.
Stack three additional layers of fabric beneath the embroidered layer
and stitch around the perimeter of the bear again,
leaving an opening between the ears through which you add rice.
Add rice, stitch ear area closed, and trim excess fabric to about 1/4".
Stitch 4" companion design on your pillowcase.
Briefly heat your large Pillow Pal in the microwave
and place it in the center of your pillow
for about five minutes before going to bed.
